Why become a member?
JALD is an interdisciplinary association—it is not limited to a group of specialists in a narrow field. Its members are front-line practitioners in various fields, including medicine, psychology, and education.
The membership does not consist of only researchers; it rather includes several practitioners, such as teachers and counselors at relevant facilities, who work directly with children. Thus, JALD’s conference reports and its journal include research that is closely linked to the actual practice.
Full members, institutional members, and supporters receive JALD’s quarterly journal, LD Kenkyuu (learning disability research), which contains leading-edge research reports and materials, along with JALD’s quarterly newsletter, containing the most relevant information.
We request you to become a member so that you can benefit accessing new information about learning disabilities, etc.
